Even before Bruschetta was born i've been a huge fan of the Count & Sinden. This includes there solo work and other small projects they've done. At long last the album was released to much avail and support from the likes of the Guardian and blogs a like. But anyway thats not what this post it about, this is about the brand new essential mix the london based pair produced from Radio 1 a couple of weeks ago.
This essential mix is eclectic and boisterous at the same, jam packed with there own stuff, monster Herve remixes and Sinden collaborations. Tracks to look out for in the mix are Sinden's collaboration with SBTRKT - Midnight Marauder and also MJ Cole's - Volcano Riddim.
The glory days of fidget/wonk have left us but both hERVE AND Sinden have moved onto great things, Sinden's launched his new label Grizzly Records and Herve continues to release banger after banger on his very own Cheap Thrills label.
